Indianapolis Real Estate Website Design
JF Property Group was in need of a real estate website design that they could showcase their current listings for their real estate team. They did not have a previous website so it was imperative that we created a website that showcased their homes and previously sold properties. We made it our goal for this Indianapolis web design project to ensure that JF Property Group had a jaw-dropping website and a layout easy to navigate and find your future home!
Online Home Listing was a must for this website design, so we found a way to import the listings automatically from MIBOR. We landed on an embed from Mibor itself as a solution to keep the listing as up-to-date as possible. Next, we decided to incorporate a strong call-to-action button, to get potential home buyers to fill out a contact form.
With the call-to-actions, we made sure that they were accessible no matter where you are on the website and by making the menu bar “sticky” (stays at the top of the page as you scroll) the contact us now can be found anywhere you are on the real estate website. Working with Barrett at JF Property Group was a great experience. He’s an amazing client and a great real estate agent!
